Terms and Conditions
1. Fountain Car Wash will NEVER give or sell your personal information to any third party. Fountain Car Wash may contact you to update your credit/debit card information as needed.
2. Selected monthly plan allows for an unlimited number of washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle.
3. There are no refunds, credits, or adjustments for days or times that Fountain Car
Wash is closed due to inclement weather or maintenance.
4. Member’s credit/debit card will automatically be charged on the fifteenth day of the month following plan activation.
5. Membership is tracked using the vehicle’s license plate number. Should you receive new license plates or a new vehicle, you must complete a transfer form. You should allow up to 5 days for this transfer to take effect.
6. To upgrade a wash, the customer pays the difference between the selected Wash Club carwash price and the upgrade requested.
7. Commercial vehicles, taxis, limousines, and hand washes are prohibited.
8. No coupons, discounts, specials or other offers are valid in conjunction with the Wash Club.
9. Pricing, terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
10. TO DISCONTINUE: Member must notify Fountain Car Wash in writing at 8020 Coit Road, Plano, Texas 75025 or simply visit Fountain Car Wash. Please allow up to 5 business days to effect cancellation. Member may continue their Wash Club privileges until the last day of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are available.
11. In the event Fountain Car Wash is not able to charge a member’s credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the member’s plan will be immediately de-activated. You can update your information at any time during hours of operation at Fountain Car Wash.
